For customers purchasing a qualified KitchenAid® Major Appliance product directly from Kitchenaid.com during the offer period, KitchenAid will extend the portion of its manufacturer's limited parts & labor warranty that normally runs for 1 year for an additional year, for a total of 2 years of coverage. For premium models with standard 2-year coverage (e.g., Built-In Refrigerators, Commercial-Style Ranges, Built-In Ice Makers), receive 1 extra year for a total of 3 years of coverage. Except for the duration of the coverage period as described herein, all other terms, conditions, and exclusions of the KitchenAid manufacturer’s Limited Warranty apply to this Limited Warranty extension.
Eligible categories include: Dishwashers, Built-In Ice Makers, Ranges, Cooktops, Microwaves, Built-in Ovens, Undercounter Refrigerators and Refrigerators.
This offer is valid only for purchases made directly from November 4th, 2026 to December 2nd, 2026. For 1-year standard appliances, your coverage extends through Year 2. For 2-year standard appliances (such as Built-In Refrigeration or Commercial-Style Ranges), your coverage extends through Year 3. For qualified major appliances, the extended year provides the same "Parts and Labor" coverage as the first year of the manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. Yes. The exclusions remain the same as the manufacturer’s Limited Warranty, including:
Commercial or non-residential use.
Consumable parts like light bulbs, batteries, or filters.
Cosmetic damage (scratches/dents) unless reported within 30 days of delivery.
Damage resulting from accident, misuse, or improper installation.
Incidental or consequential damages, such as food loss due to product failure.

Using unauthorized service providers or non-genuine parts will not void your warranty. However, any damage or defects caused by those unauthorized services or parts are not covered by the warranty.
