STEP 1: INSTALL MICROWAVE

The first step is to install your microwave based on the instructions in the owner’s manual. This might include mounting it above your range or placing it on a clean, level surface. When considering where to put your microwave, make sure it’s near a power source and that you have the right space for your microwave size.

STEP 2: SECURE TURNTABLE

Most microwaves have a ring and glass tray, called a turntable, inside. The turntable rotates your food to help cook, warm or defrost it. Before using your microwave, make sure the turntable is set properly on the ring and can move freely.
