I made an Orange Cranberry Bread, Chocolate Chip Bread, and a Cheddar Parmesan Cheese Bread done all with ease. I wish I had this stand mixer many years ago. Makes baking so much easier and I also use less bowl which makes for easier clean up's. Thanks KitchenAid for a great stand mixer.

I purchased the same model and my grip beater was sent separately in the mail. It came about 10 days after my appliance arrived. It came automatically. I didn’t open my box yet because it’s Christmas gift.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Nappyparte from Such hope Bought from Costco. First use mechanism that raises and locks bowl broke. Looked inside and the cam locking mechanism is plastic. A piece was still inside and a piece on my table top. Very critical heavy use part made from cheap plastic. It was a shame. I was so pleased with how it was doing my baguette dough. But with such a critical part being so weak I can never buy this style again. Back to the tilt head. It lasted 15 years not one use.

That specific beater, the 6qt flex edge beater, was NOT included in the purchase ordered. That is the reason I bought this specific bundle. Please let me know the process to rectify this error.
