So far I have used it to make soups and sauces, and it exceeds expectations. The powerful motor does not struggle at all and quickly blends up anything in its path. Highly recommend this, especially if you have large jobs.

I mean it's mostly commercial use so a large amount is required but separately it's an awesome appliance to own especially if you do commercially baking or large scale cooking.

I know this was advertised as commercial grade but I had no idea how heavy duty it would be until I unpacked it and saw that ugly neon orange power cord that signifies just how heavy duty it is. It has a good bulk to it but not to heavy where it is hard to use. I love using to your make ganache and Hardy soups. It has quickly became me new favorite kitchen gadget.

It’s definitely made for larger kitchens, high volume events or just big families like my own who love getting together and enjoying nice homemade meals. Firstly, it is incredibly easy to handle and operate. A bit heavy on top, as it should be since it’s made for large pots. The two speed motor is amazing, it blends with such ease and is surprisingly quiet for an instrument of its size. ( I used it while my baby was napping and she didn’t wake!) One of the few dishes I have made these past few weeks with it is my Grandma’s Cream of Broccoli soup. This KitchenAid blender emulsified the broccoli to a creamy velvety finish!! This blender is a durable, high quality kitchen performance tool that everyone needs to own! The wall mount is sleek and easy to install. If you cook on the daily and live in your kitchen like I do, buy one!
