Rated 5 out of 5 by auntyem from very helpful I am disabled from a stroke. My hand to hand coordination isn't great so it makes working with knives tricky. This dicing kit has helped me tremendously! No more cut fingers. Just drop the veg in and done. I did notice the instruction sheet only mentions soft produce on high. I cook a lot with potatoes and carrots. Potatoes tend to jam. Broke the piece that makes it spin. It jammed and cracked. I now quarter the potatoes and it seems to work better than longer pieces. Carrots go right through. Would like to see an official or approved video on use rather than people trying at home, they don't tend to read instructions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Viola 414 from Assemble it right and it will work! The first time I attempted to use the dicing kit, I assembled it wrong and became upset that it wouldn't work. Called customer service and still couldn't get the kit to work. The problem: the dicing kit base has a shallow side and it has a deep side. If you insert the dicing blade on the shallow side of the unit u won't be able to attach the cover. You should turn the dicing disk over to the deep side and insert the blade. Place the disk inside the bowl with the finger wholes facing the back of the unit and the dicing disk assembly facing the front of the unit. Place the dicing blade inside the deep side of the disk and place cover on unit and slide into lock position. Works like a charm!

Easy to use, easy to clean, and so fast. I've read the other reviews where people can't figure out how to use it, and I don't believe them. It's really simple, actually.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Emmy from Great product I purchased a 13 cup food processor with a dicing kit and absolutely love it. I see some people frustrated that the lid doesn't line up. I have to confess that I was very frustrated too at first. My daughter dropped in and discovered that I was putting the lid on backwards. She turned the "shoot" section to the front and it went together perfectly. When I look at the entire machine, assembled, I feel a little stupid for not noticing the mistake I was making. It is now simple for me to assemble and works like a charm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Chef Shash from Dicing Kit Review I bought the dicer for making pico de gallo. It dices up roma tomatoes and onions just fine. The problem is that the dice size is too large. I want a small dice for this. Do they make a smaller size dicing plate? A 1/4" dice would be perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by shirl from dicing kit i adore my artisian model 5KFPM770 i am 82 and use it every day but are you ever going to make a dicing disk for this model i cut and slice and make soup all the time but everything cuts up so small i would love to be able to dice vegies are you ever going to produce a disk for this model or is it in the too hard basket I am too old to buy new model as this is such a good product will last me out!!!
