Plus, the rotor slicer/shredder makes quick work of shredding cheeses and slicing a variety of fruits and vegetables.

With 2 Slicing Cones to slice a variety of fruits and vegetables thick or thin and 2 shredding cones to shred ingredients like cheese or carrots to either a fine or coarse consistency.

Works with all KitchenAid® Stand Mixers

Connect to any household KitchenAid® Stand Mixer* power hub and use the power of the motor to run the sheet cutter attachment. *sold separately

With Fine Plate to grind meats and dried breads and coarse plate to grind firm fruits, vegetables and cheeses.

My daughter is 22, married,1 child +one on the way. It is with great honor that I present her with her very own kitchenaid this Christmas! She will also get the accessories, even if she just uses the shredder for cheese, like I do! My machine has worked fine for 37 years,and the only complaint I have is they didn't come in all the pretty colors all those years ago!
