It has saved me countless hours when I was canning relish. Also great for fried potatoes, shredding cabbage. I'm so glad I bought it!

We especially like the lidded box that all the attachments stack neatly into. We made 2 lots of Ramen Noodle Coleslaw. We are looking forward to exploring all the possibilities this unit offers with its many disks and blades.
