Removable Griddle Included

Provides a one-piece flat surface that can be used on the right, left, or center of the cooktop surface, and is ideal for making a range of dishes from crepes to quesadillas.

Multi-Finish Back-Lit Knobs

I did have to get the burners adjusted down a little bit to get the good low temperatures they talk about. I love the torch burner so much although I wish there was at least one more torch burner The main 20k BTU burner is absolutely a beast Definitely recommend this cooktop
