Two 20,000 BTU Ultra Power™ Dual-Flame Burners

give you precise control of powerful highs, steady lows and the wide range of temperatures in between. The versatile, dual-flame design lets you sear, sauté, simmer and sizzle, all on the same burner.

Three-Level Convertible Grates

with removable inserts match the heat to your technique. Leave the insert level for high-heat searing and sautéing, flip it over to lift your pan above the flame to simmer and melt or remove it to nestle a round-bottom wok in the flame for stir-fry.

5,000 BTU Simmer & Melt Burner

with a low flame sized for small saucepans lets you reach and maintain low temperatures. Simmer sauces until they look, feel and taste just right and melt even delicate ingredients.

Install was easy; the burners are a big improvement and cleaning this model is superior. The one caution that has repeatedly been mentioned, it is alarmingly easy to turn on a burner unintentionally by brushing up against one of the knobs. Overall, very pleased with the rangetop.

Installed about 2 weeks ago and we are very pleased with the KitchenAid 36” commercial rangetop (included with the new home). We had Miele and Dacor prior to the KitchenAid and were considering changing to another Miele or Dacor, but now we are not.

I've had a gas cooktop before and I love cooking on a gas stove! This 6 - burner cooktop is wonderful. Lots of versatility. High fast heat or slow simmer - it can handle it all!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Caroldj from Great Rangetop! Plenty of room for 6 pans. We had this 36" Burner Commercial installed in a new house we built three years ago. I absolutely love this gas stovetop. I can simmer some foods while cooking or stir-fry with the other burners and have never had a problem with not having enough room for all my pans.
