Wen needed a microwave with a drop-down door like an oven because of where we located it. This one has that and matched our other KitchenAid appliances. It’s very easy to use and like the dial to set the time. Our only complain so far is the popcorn button doesn't do the best job of making popcorn (under pops it). We are still experimenting with just using time and power to get the perfect pop.
