This draw is so convenient, user friendly, has great features, and looks really great. I'm not tall and no longer having to reach up for the microwave is a game changer. I am so glad we went with the KitchenAid under-counter microwave because the user friendly features make heating up and cooking super easy and quick. There are quite a few programmed selections to make life simple. Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by TB's House from Skeptical at first, but really like it now Part of the KitchenAid appliance package with our new house. We were a little skeptical about a drawer microwave as we had always had one over the stove. It took some getting used to but we are learning more and more and enjoying its features more and more. The defrost feature is great for meats in that it will definitely defrost it without cooking it as our old one did. It actually senses what's in it and adjusts the time and power to perform just what you wanted without over doing it. Starting to love it and will love it more as we explore what all the features do.
