Fully Flush Installation with Hidden Hinges

provides a built-in look within a standard 24" base cabinet, so your style stands out, not the appliance. Hidden hinges allow the refrigerator door to sit flush with surrounding cabinet fronts when closed yet easily swing open a full 115 degrees.

Temperature Monitoring System

uses sensors to monitor temperatures inside the refrigerator for added peace of mind. If the system detects temperatures above 45°F for more than 4 hours, an over-temp alarm and indicator light will alert you that service is needed.

Motion-Activated LED Lighting

turns on inside the refrigerator as you approach, so you can see what's inside without opening the door. Lights will gradually dim and turn off when no longer needed.

UV-Protected Thermal Glass Door

filters UV rays to protect the contents of your beverage center from the damaging effects of heat and light.

This looks fabulous, keeps my beverages perfectly chilled, and is quiet. I love the automatic light feature. When I walk into my pantry the light turns on...magic. True, the shelves are not adjustable but it is very easy to work around that. Great value for the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Greg92 from Has Never Worked!!!! We bought a KitchenAid Model KURR214KSB00 Serial Number EKD1000098 under counter beverage refrigerator on the KitchenAid website. It was delivered April 12, 2024. Three was no apparent shipping damage. I has never worked. It was serviced by the designated KitchenAid repair service on May 2, 2024 to diagnose the problem. A control board was ordered and installed on May 14, 2024. It did not solve the problem and a new compressor was ordered. The compressor was on back-order and could not be installed until June 26, 2024. It did not solve the problem. Another control board was put in on June 26, 2024. It did not solve the problem. The technician said it needed a new capacitor and a new starter. When we called KitchenAid customer service they said a compressor is on order, but on back order until at least July 11, 2024. We are not really sure what is on order. Once the part(s) come in then, service will need to be scheduled which usually is another week. On each service call, KitchenAid technical support was called by the local service representative. After three service calls over nearly two months they still don't know for sure what is wrong. All they are doing is part swapping. KitchenAid customer support is no help whatsoever. After the second service call, the unit should have been replaced. Or at least all possible parts should have been sent for the third service call. They were not. We are now waiting for the fourth service call which will be no sooner than four months from the delivery of the product. Again, it has never worked. KitchenAid customer service will not allow me to talk with a supervisor or higher level person for help. After the June 26, 2024 service call, I called KitchenAid customer service and they said they would have a "lead person" call back within two days. This did not happen. I called KitchenAid customer service again today June 28, 2024 and asked at what point KitchenAid would replace the product. She said the warranty was for repair only and the they will continue to try to repair the product as long it takes. The warranty does state the they will replace the product "at its sole discretion" which is apparently never. I have never had a more frustrating experience than dealing with the KitchenAid customer service group. This product looks like it was never inspected at the factory. If they ever do get it running, we are concerned about how long it will keep going. It looks like a lemon to me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by rog washington from Pretty but make load noises almost right from the beginning it started making load compressor rattling noises it is intermittent but at least 75% of the time. I'm hoping they cover it under warranty or ill have to buy a new one, we cant handle how load it is
