24'' Slow Cook Warming Drawer

This 24-inch warming drawer allows you to get the versatility you want in a space-saving design that fits in the space of a standard cabinet. The warming drawer offers enhanced versatility with slow cook and bread proofing functions, helping to keep your countertops clean for other prep work.

Slow Cook Function

can be used in place of a countertop slow cooker, eliminating the need for a separate appliance and saving counter space. It cooks food slowly at a low temperature, great for braising meats and vegetables or building flavor in stews and curries.

Custom-Control Technology

takes the guesswork out of choosing heat settings for three warming drawer functions: Food Warming, Slow Cook and Bread Proof. Use the control knob to quickly and easily select from defined temperature ranges for each function.

Sensor Temperature Control

maintains steady low temperatures while slow cooking, warming and proofing. It uses a thermostat to monitor the heat inside the warming drawer and automatically adjusts as needed to prevent overheating.

Bread Proof Function

provides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise and infusing flavor. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing.

Additional Features

Humidity Slide Control

adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts and vegetables.

Two-Position Racks

can be placed front-to-back or side-to-side to accommodate cookware in a variety of shapes and sizes. Warming drawer includes two racks.

Power Indicator Light

located on the front of the warming drawer shows at a glance when the drawer is on and in use.

I have this Slow Cook Warming Drawer in my current kitchen and love it so much I have installed the same model in the new home I am building. Great as a warming drawer to keep dishes at the ready, but the best feature is the slow cook. I use any casserole dish and the slow cook feature to cook foods like a crockpot! Love it!

So when my Thermidor double oven decided to go to sleep forever I looked at KitchenAid to see what I could replace it with. Needing appliances to accommodate a 24 inch space was truly the obstacle. Last week in our family Seder My newly installed KitchenAid microwave, oven and warming drawer did not disappoint! Works wonderful looks beautiful and didn't break the bank to get it. Quality and a bang for my buck . Can't get a better combination than all of that! Oh and did I say how impressed my guests were?
