I only wish they had service centers closer to me. It used to be if you had an issue, you could go a short distance and have it repaired. Now, I would have had to ship it to another state and wait etc. I am in my 70's and lugging a heavy item into the car and to the Post office etc. is a NO! Then no telling what the wait time would be. My new one is AWESOME!!
