Downside is I would have liked a larger cube disk, as I make a lot of soups. My previous Kitchen Aid food processor had a larger cube disk. I was expecting the same in this one.

No wonder every pro chef has these in their home kitchen. Now we do too. Helps when filming in the Little Kitchen Big Food Studio.....also known as the kitchen in our house.

The Pro Line is a commercial grade, sturdy, and is a breeze to use. The larger bowl will be perfect for me to use to make my pickle relish. I highly recommend you buy one, but look for a good sale price. It comes with a two year warranty.

Primary use to date is preparation of ingredients for home canning, which I have done for fourty years. I love the prep bowl, which allows for processing ingredients then added to the main bowl, without having to clean the main bowl first. Very easy to clean. Ruggedly built. Should last the rest of my lifetime. My only complaint so far is that I keep finding large chunks of fruit or vegetables still remaining partially processed even after several minutes of blending. This might be part of my learning curve to get acquainted with my machine.
