I am using einkorn wheat and milling on the finest setting. The resulting flour is consistent throughout and I am pleased with the texture. The aroma I get from a fresh milled loaf while baking is wonderful! The mill is easy to clean and simple to use. It takes up very little storage space. A happy purchase for me.

The quality is top-notch as all KitchenAid products. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to make their own flour and add another handy tool to their Stand Mixer toolkit. I absolutely love it.
