Rated 5 out of 5 by Dave_in_NC from Very handy item Just used for spaghetti made by the 5-piece roller set. Used the KitchenAid egg pasta recipe. Very easy to use and efficiently dries the pasta. It would have been good to include cleaning instructions; we only learned to simply wipe with a damp cloth from an answer to a previous review question. An improvement might be to provide a lock for the open drying arms.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Damichcoop from Awesome Tool I received this for a Christmas gift, and it comes in so handy. I made my first batch of pasta and it was so easy to us. I just wish there was a little more information on it, such as a user guide. I know it's a simple thing to use, but I didn't realize there was a transfer rod, or anything. Some more explanation would be nice. Over all, it's a great.
