I FINALLY got it and put it to task. I have several chocolate buttercream frosting recipes that came out wonderfully and I made dinner rolls (mix, knead, rise and bake) within 2 hours. It made one of my favorite things to make (dinner rolls) super easy. I'm looking forward to enjoying my precise heat mixing bowl.

Want it for a while, too busy as a personal chef and working for my school district with foster kids Got it for Christmas from my male bff. I cater and this comes in to handy melting chocolate for dipping my espresso cookies and more. Keeping a perfect temperature for my yeast dough for making my Chinese baked Char Siu Boa. Thank you Kitchen Aid for come up with a helpful attachment. Happy Chinese New Year.

I can't wait to get the attachments to do other things with my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I found my stand mixer at G--dwill for $25 and all it needed were feet for the bottom. What a wonderful addition to my kitchen!!!
