I have had it for a couple of weeks and use it almost daily. We have made cheesecake, baked oatmeal, hummus, banana bread, and other great recipes already. I have a standard mixer that is 20+ years and still works great.Just a little to heavy to be going up and down stairs. This mini is perfect. Really does everything the standard does and I can keep it on the counter and use it when ever I need it.
