It does all the work for you, especially making pizza dough and cookies! I have the 4.5 size and even though it’s just the two of us left at home, I wish I had purchased a larger size as I really give it a work out and I’m worried I’ll burn out the motor! But for the most part I’m content with the size I have. I’ve had it for several years and have not encountered any issues.
