I make bread, pie crust, and various egg-based dishes; so that requires a great mixer where I can see clearly into the mixing bowl and the stand mixer also frees up my hands. The mixer is obviously sturdy and durable. I consider the mixer to be an essential part for any kitchen where reliable stirring and mixing is necessary.

I used it to make 15 different Christmas cookies, and it was wonderful to use. The batter was smother and easier to use. The dough hook helped with making pepperoni rolls. The bread dough was elastic and smoothe. I only wish I had not waited for so long to get this fabulous machine.
