(I'm not one to easily grasp concepts with items with moving parts). I like being able to use the scale either on the mixer or on the counter. Also like being able to add in flour (salt, baking powder) alternately by turning the hopper knob (removing the sifter when necessary) and watching the scale.

Making pound cakes is so much easier than using the handheld. I love the quality and color of my mixer. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
