Went on Ebay and bought again and not wanting to have the same thing happen in another two years, I BOUGHT THREE at different times. Now I have two brand new in the garage! Hate this feeling of being penalized for being single and not needing a full pot of coffee in the morning. Much like going into the supermarket and having to purchase 3 of the same items to get the discount! But can't say enough great things about this coffee maker. It goes great with the other 9 plus Red KA appliances in my kitchen. Would be great if it came with descaling solution...LOL😎😍

It makes a perfect cup of coffee, using a paper cone filter. This shape of filter results in the best tasting coffee. It is hot. We even brew it right into an oversized mug when not needing the travel mug. Best solution for delicious hot full strength coffee. My college age kids love it too. I have to resort to buying the last used model I can find.
