Rated 5 out of 5 by best buddy baking from Bread Proofing The only reason i choose this range was the bread proof cycle and it has been so helpful. I love it. i love everything about the oven, I can bake 6 loaves of bread at a time. i never use convection cycle for baking bread. It does take a while to preheat but that was no surprise oven is so big. The eyes are not ideal for me but I'm adjusting would love more numbers. They seem slow to heat up. LIke I said the bread proof cycle is spot on.

The range came with a owner's manual, but all it contained was installation instructions. I want a user manual that explains all the features and functionalities of the range. When I looked up the range on Kitchen Aid's website, it said "User manual not available".

If you are just starting to cook and bake, this is the stove/range you will love to learn on. It does everything you will need or want. I was adamanat in what features I was looking for and I was not willing to settle for less. And my goodness, it delivers! The bonus is it's looks/style and it is awesome. Pictures do not do it justice. This is a beautiful appliance. If someone comes into my kicthen, it stops them in their conversation as they admire it. They all say they love the way it looks, the large see through oven door and ask if it also comes as a gas stove/range. I answer yes it does. So if you are looking, I strongly recommend you give this stove/range a good look over for what you require and want.

Baking cookies is so much quicker. The varied sizes of the four burners is very useful. The addition of the warmer burner is very nice.

I can say that what I spent on this stove was worth the money. The stove heats up pretty fast and the oven does not take long either. I like how the overn tells you the temp. as it heats up. I must say this stove makes the other two look like and perform like junk. The quality of the stainless steel is much better the other two stones scratched very easily. I like that when you go to use the oven it tells you exactly what you need to do to get it going.

The range was delivered 2 weeks before Christmas, and we tested Christmas cookie batches in it. They came out perfect. The 3 racks are super handy to have, as we had chicken, turkey breasts and 3 dishes all baking at the same time on the convection setting. Everything came out perfectly. Since it is new, and we had our old range for 16 years, it has taken a little time to get used to. While it is slow to preheat, that time is used to prep dishes or meats, so it is not that big of a deal. The expandable elements and the warm zone are also super handy. We've not used the aqualift steam clean yet, but the cooktop and stainless steel clean up very nicely. The drawer is smaller than what we're used to, but it still holds several cookie sheets (4) and cooling racks (3). We are more than satisfied with this purchase, and hope that it lasts for many years.

It's nice to be able to use the conv oven to make cookies. The size of the oven is great for keeping all containers hot to serve at a meal. There are no directions in the guide to tell me how to use the Air fry.
